With eight days left before the NBA draft, former Florida center Patric Young remains projected as a mid-to-late second round draft pick.

CBSSprots.com’s Gary Parrish had Young going 47th overall to the Washington Wizards in his latest mock draft. Draftexpress.com projects Young to go 42nd to the Houston Rockets.

Young told Jim Rome that based on feedback he’s received, he could get picked anywhere from 25th to 40th overall in the NBA Draft. You can listen to the full interview here.

Casey Prather and Scottie Wilbekin are not projected to be picked in the NBA draft, but both have had workouts for several NBA teams during the predraft process. If not drafted, Prather and Wilbekin will more than likely end up on an NBA summer league team with a chance to make a roster as a free agent. Wilbekin has a workout scheduled with the NBA champion San Antonio Spurs on Thursday.
