		<description>IMHO - Pat doesn&#039;t work hard enough to get good post position.  Not to be too critical but the guy is bigger than nearly every guy who defends him yet he seems waaaaay too passive.  I recall now-Gator legends, Al Horford and Joakim Noah,  busting their tails every single possession to get to a spot and create a target for an entry pass.   They would wait for the small to be swung around to their side and time their efforts so that they were ready to receive it right when they need to be.   When Pat wants it, he can get it.  Seems to me that he just doesnt want it badly enough.</description>
